We're seeing this right now on two different GAE projects, with all calls failing with the error Process terminated because the request deadline was exceeded. (Error code 123).
This has been going on for at least 45 minutes, since 12:14 EST. This kind of downtime is unacceptable. The Google status board shows all healthy.
