I'm 99% sure that the "discounted instance hours" for "premium" (not sure if that's the official word) customers has gone away.
So, in the past F1's were $0.08/hr, but if you were a Premium customer, you got $0.05/hr F1's. Now, everything is simply $0.05 - which means no change for Premium customer.
