I have app which uses go. About 50 pageviews and 100 requests every day. The go program so lighting fast than I can confirm the total "Frontend Instance Hours" needed is less one minute every day. But the "Frontend Instance Hours" shown in the "Usage History" GAE dashboard always about 10 hours every day.
