Hi, We have a huge number of production applications running on AppEngine environments. We want to migrate the billing account from xx.yyy.com to yyy.com for the some of the appengine applications. However the "Manage Billing Administrator" option is not available under the "Billing Status" under appengine admin console. Hence we are not able to migrate and this is causing too much frustration since we don't want to continue to pay for xx.yyy.com henceforth. Rather we want to continue all the payments, rather consolidate all the payments through yyy.com apps account.
