Digging through the support history, it looks like Apps For domains still only allows Appengine on a primary domain, not a secondary.
So it works if I set up another Apps For Domains Account. just a pain to manage because I have to keep track of a lot of admin accounts. Sorry I haven't posted much. I need to do a recap of things learned. we doing A LOT on appengine, and we are using Modules and such. I think we are spending about $50k a year on AppEngine at this point. So we are here. Just most of our support issues go to premier support.
