Hi,
My app usafetracker problem is I had activated the billing on 4 Aug 2012 
but the billing history is updated until 10 Aug 2012 and there is no 
billing charge even after 1 week. This make problem for the app as it is 
still limited to free quota only especially recipient email quota.
