Hello, My applications is down because some resources are gone. The problem is:
1) I disabled billing by mistake. 2) Now i cannot enable it anymore because I have the message: Billing Status: Awaiting Recurring Charge Cancellation This is really an issue because I even WOULD LIKE TO PAY TO GOOGLE, but I cannot!!! There is a balance of 33 cents and I am not sure when google will charge that. It is due to this balance that I am blocked. :S Can someone help me to understand why I cannot enable billing? What should I do about my site that is down? If someone from app engine can take care of it I will share my application id. PLEASE, THIS IS VERY important for me!
