Do you mean set limits on certain services?  Not initially.  When looking at
it there were few services which we could exhaust and the app would continue
to run without an issue.  Mail was one of those, but it seemed like people
could put a cap on their own mail usage programmatically if they felt
strongly about it.

If you'd rather allocate though I'd be interested in your use case,
