Yes, I mentioned something like this before. We know now that the prices are increasing significantly. However, this 15 minutes fee feels like a major hack. My comments from before:
I would have preferred a flat "we charge in increments of 15 minutes". ie once an instance is started, it will only be shutdown after multiples of 15 minutes, and charged for that live time / uptime (whether actively handling requests or not). -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Google App Engine" group.
