If you seriously want to invest considerable time, effort, and expense in
developing an NSFW website, I suggest you read my comments in this earlier

Even if Google explicitly allowed NSFW content today, that doesn't mean its
policies won't change tomorrow.  Political and social winds change quickly.
 You would be crazy to build on a platform that is not *easily* portable to
another hosting provider.
