I'm confused by the disparity between what the speaker says is available in the talk and the examples/documentation I find at http://code.google.com/p/appengine-mapreduce/.
I downloaded the svn repository which does now appear to support both the shuffle and reduce phases of mapreduce but there are no examples or documentation on how to do this. The talk is unfortunately more a tutorial on mapreduce than a how-to of doing it on app engine. I'm sure I could figure out how to configure mapreduce.yaml to shuffle and reduce from the code but it would obviously be very helpful to have bare bones documentation and examples up there. has anyone seen any? -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Google App Engine" group.
