Jeff, I don't think so. But in any case, a warning that something is wrong, would be nice.
I'm a legit user, my app was not intended to do anything that violates the TOS. It has been working for more than 2 years. To be honest, it's a project I've almost abandoned. I just feel bad for the users that depended on it before it suddenly disappeared. Plus, I'm really septic about developing for the AppEngine in the future. I wouldn't like to base a future project on a platform that can shut you down without any warning that something is wrong. Unfortunately, I've spent the last couple of months developing something new, based on AppEngine... :-( Now, I'm thinking of piking a different platform... P.
