Just to be clear, is the deadline for starting up a new instance, including from the warmup web hook, still at 30 seconds? Or is it 10 minutes as for the tasks and cron apis? One of the issues with cold starts was to get heavier frameworks (Spring, Grails) up before the 30 seconds deadline.
