North America is a bit vague. We and our customers do not care about the geography, we really care about the jurisdictions of the locale where the data resides. Could you please clarify if "North America" means USA and Canada, or USA, Canada and Mexico or something else?
BTW, being able to specify a locale along with the application would be a great improvement.
