I am interested in building a web application that offers a rich interface to allow users to upload their web site files (which would be stored in the datastore). An end user would then point their domain name to a URL of the web application which would parse the incoming HTTP request and serve up the applicable content from the datastore. I would charge a fee for the service so this is basically like selling web hosting.
I have not been able to find anything in the terms of use that says this is a violation. Am I allowed to build this? I want to build this for small sites and host many small sites for my customers.
