I am using the Java runtime, but I haven't seen any performance improvements after the today's downtime. Moreover, the cron jobs are still not working, which is making my app behave unpredictably. Also, I am getting latencies up to 11-15 secs from cold start. I hope the issue gets resolved quickly.
