Indeed! Many clients on those sites seem to expect a miracle for just a few $. The question is what kind of quality you actually get "for free", but how can the client judge that if he can't code? :) Could someone please report his experience with App Engine freelancers (or dev companies)? Maybe this is an option for outsourcing the development of some reusable Django apps?
