Hi Didier, I know that I am not Luis but I too got these error messages. The second post of the above entry did not address my problem.
I have just made an entry to googleappengine Issue 4544 (all requests fail with error code 203) at http://code.google.com/p/googleappengine/issues/detail?id=4544&q=%22Error%20code%20203%22&colspec=ID%20Type%20Component%20Status%20Stars%20Summary%20Language%20Priority%20Owner%20Log to describe more fully what I am getting and when. Strangely, after a few hours the errors seem to have gone away - for now.
