http://code.google.com/appengine/docs/java/datastore/queriesandindexes.html#Introducing_Indexes Does GAE just scan the app Java code for Query.setFilter, or do we need to do annotate queries for these indexes to be generated. Also, it appears new indexes do not get applied to existing tables when we deploy application code with new queries or @INDEX annotations - is this correct?
