I am facing the same problems here. It runs perfectly before last night, then this morning after I opening the log file, nearly all requests are in yellow or red. I have traced back to the most earliest log AppEngine kept, still in colors.
I supposed it to be the problem they have updated SDK to 1.3.2 and this is one of the potential bug within. However, we do need help, I'm not sure if things keeping in this way will my quota soon to exceed.
