I get this sometimes when exiting the hosted browser when running (not debugging) as well. Everything is a fresh install, per the tutorial. I've saw an old discussion in the GWT group of a similar error, but it was with the 1.4 Java runtime, and i'm using 1.5.0, the Mac default.
