Hey Vik, Dug around a bit deeper with Rajeev and found an Eclipse bug that sounds what you've run into (at https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=236437 .)
The solution they propose is to remove the update site, and re-add it. Please let us know if that fixes your problem.
