Rick Klement has found a couple of mistakes in the rules and in the test script.
* The description of the tiebreaker did not correspond to the implementation. The real tiebreaker favours those programs with the *lowest* number of alphanumerics/whitespace, and I've updated the rules. * The test input did not contain the promised newlines.
