That's how it should be, IMHO. Obfuscation and golf are two totally different playing fields, and there seems to be little overlap in top players [1]. Personally, I can't do obfuscations. Just haven't got the right mindset. And often the shortest solution is also the clearest. Well, perhaps not often, but it happens.
