I've gotten some ideas for golf holes. I decided that the refs are probably either
tearing their hair out trying to find new ideas, or have so many ideas they don't know
what to do with them.

If it's the first, I'd be willing to send them in for a nominal fee.

If the second, then in the 3.4 weeks each month that we're not completely absorbed in
TPR, we could send them to the mailing list for some collaborative golfing -- sort of
like used to happen on fwp, and now happens in post-mortem phase sometimes. The
advantage to this mode, btw, is that we could work on slightly larger or weirder
projects. Also, a lot less work for refs. And it would offer a bunch of new ideas for
people trying to reduce their handicaps. (Speaking of which, how come noone has yet
written a handicap calculator? Maybe there's not enough data yet. It would be
interesting, though, to be able to say whether you had personally done better than
your average on a given hole.)

What do you think?
