This is a landmark. I have to use system owned by microsoft to request the 
removal of my own GPL code.

The form makes it sound like it doesn't really remove the code from the 
proxies, just hides it from being visable on pkg.go.dev. If that is true, 
that's not a "delete and start over option" either.

If it was programatically available, that would be a start. It would be 
nice if someone with the authority to delete things from the module cache 
would expose that feature to us as developers so we can use it.
