I'm running a bog standard Windows 11 system on an Intel powered laptop.
I just installed
Microsoft Visual Studio Community 2022 (64-bit) - Current
Version 17.3.6
and
go version
go version go1.19.2 windows/amd64

When I click on the Extensions -> Visual Studio Marketplace
it hang trying to talk to the VSM server.

"A connection to the server could not be established because the following
error(s) occurred:

The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a
send.

Unable to read data from the transport connection: And existing connection
was forcibly closed by the remote host."

I googled and found some three and four year old forum posts. With
recommendations for various voodoo incantations in the Windows Registry.
None matched current settings.

Where can I look to isolate and fix this?
I may have to just use vim in a shell.
