The story for this package is that I used crawshaw.io/sqlite for a number of projects, realized that I wanted some features that were unlikely to be upstream-able -- for example, the switch to modernc.org/sqlite drops Windows support (at least as of 2021-04-30), and I wanted to rename some symbols.
