No, it doesn't. Do wasm threads exist yet? When the wasm port was first developed, they didn't exist. If the spec is now complete, we would just need a builder than can test threads, and then we would implement threading support in tip (for 1.14, presumably). Feel free to submit patches.
It looks like wasm threads is implemented in Chrome 70+, but I'm not sure how that relates to the spec and/or other wasm implementations.
