Perhaps a dumb question and if so I apologize in advance. Reading the page at https://proxy.golang.org/ I'm unclear as to how the index is being populated. Is there an API to submit modules to the index, or is it curated by real humans, and what is the process if so, etc.
Does one have to host one's modules at a 'blessed' site to make it into this new index?
