That you have to run from sudo level ( I mean from root level).
First do like this
For ubuntu : sudo -s
For other linux distributions like centos,suse : su

Then it will ask for password.

Then run your make file/go build. It looks like your make file is trying to
use some config files that's why it's asking for authentication.
