I'm not quite grasping how that would work.  I don't think it's going
to make sense to forward e-mail from golang-nuts to the issue tracker.
So we would need a separate e-mail address.  Now, sure, we could
validate the sender's address against the list of people subscribed to
golang-nuts.  But Google Groups also has a bunch of spam blocking; it
doesn't just accept any e-mail from someone who is approved.  If we
had our own e-mail address, we would lose the spam blocking.  Or so it
seems to me.
