There are several variants of ioctl in the golang.org/x/sys/unix package. Search for Ioctl in https://godoc.org/golang.org/x/sys/unix. The intent is to handle ioctl in a type-safe manner, as much as is possible. There is always the escape hatch of unix.Syscall(SYS_IOCTL, ...).
