The blog post is the open source roadmap: https://blog.golang.org/toward-go2
There are over 200 Go 2 proposals and a third of them have been closed: https://github.com/golang/go/issues?q=is%3Aissue+is%3Aopen+label%3AGo2 The community is collecting and discussing ideas there. Some contributors are focused on the Go 1.10 release and then Go 1.11, but perhaps there is a casual Go 2 roadmap discussion happening in the proposal review group (see Ian’s response in https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/golang-nuts/knar_EJXjdk).
