Any language can be used to create a compiler, you are converting text into an AST then resolving that. The question I think you are asking is: "how can make a new compiler programming language using an existing language?" or "How can you write a program that will convert Text into Assembly?" If this is what you are asking, then you are fundamentally asking me to describe how a compiler works, in the length of an email. There are books thousands of pages long written on this subject. Before I even start to tackle that, can I confirm this is what you are asking?
