If I understand correctly https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/golang-nuts is usually the top search result for "go mailing list" or similar queries. I suggest adding something like this near the 4 listed rules: "Please note: this is a google groups interface to a mailing list, you can't delete the emails (>5k) your post generates."
