Just a quick implementation question related to that. I understand you use Webhooks to get data from GitHub, and incoming-SMTP server to get updates from Gerrit, is that right? Are you aware of/have you considered/is it possible to use Gerrit's hooks to get updates from Gerrit? I.e., https://review.openstack.org/Documentation/config-hooks.html.
