The reason I originally went with internal is that I didn't want people
to accidentally depend on packages whose APIs may not yet be stable.

Some, like SPF and systemd, have been unchanged for a while so I think
they'd be safe to un-internalize by now.


If you or anyone has any interest in using any of the internal packages
in particular, please let me know so I can prioritize them accordingly.
