Yahoo on the other hand doesn't require any secondary contact information so you can create as many accounts as you like. I ended up creating about 100 accounts to test my system..
So if somebody is pulling some sort of scam and needs to create a few thousand convincing-looking email addresses, Yahoo is their supplier of choice. Having said that, my lawyer reminds me that I should not suggest for one moment that there is anything fishy about the addresses you mention.
