gorilla/sessions has been around for a while, and with request.Context() back 
in Go 1.7, there's an unavoidable need to make breaking changes to the library. 
While we're at it, breaking a bunch more (and simplifying others!) in the 
process makes a whole lot of sense. We've also been ultra-careful about any 
breaking changes because sessions existed well before many of the vendoring 
tools did.  

I've pulled together a list of ideas, but wanted to gather feedback from as 
many (current & future) users as possible. GitHub Issue here:
