Howdy,

What's the best way to monitor the amount of CPU being consumed by a Go 
server's GC?  MemStats.GCCPUFraction doesn't really help because (as far as 
I understand) this is just the fraction since the server started, whereas I 
want a new value for each minute (so that we can see fluctuations).  Also, 
simply looking at the difference between values from MemStats.PauseTotalNs 
doesn't work (as far as I understand, again...) since this only measures 
stop-the-world time, and not CPU time spend in concurrent GC operations.

Do I have all that right?
