If the core team wants to later on bless it as an official resource, they can, but as far as I'm concerned it will be 100% unofficial. Q: Why now? A: Because I'm sick and tired, and tired and sick, of doing nothing as my country tears itself apart. I can't do much but I can explain things well. Maybe that will make GnuPG more useful to people who are deeply concerned about the trend of Western democracies towards surveillance capitalism and authoritarian rule. Q: How can I help?
