Hi! I'm having a problem when searching for keys on keyservers when
using "gpg --search-keys".
The only line in dirmngr.conf (except for comments) is:
keyserver hkps://keys.openpgp.org
gnupg version is 2.2.29 but I also see this with 2.2.27.
Locale is German but "Kein "Inquire" "Callback" für IPC gesetzt" should
be equivalent to "No inquire callback in IPC". Sorry.
