But this issue has been fixed for so long that any CD's documenting the fix will have since bit-rotted! It's ancient Information Technology history! To be exact, this has been a non-issue since GnuPG 1.4.8, released 2007-12-20, which defaulted to --require-cross-certification after the cross certifications had percolated through the ecosystem in the years leading up to that new default.
