Same issue with gpg 2.1.22 on Win7 x64. I've tried search, send-keys and recv-keys commands but all failed with "Resource temporarily unavailable" messages. gpg 2.1.21 works fine. -- Kosuke Kaizuka <cai.0...@gmail.com>
