Since 2.1 listing a private keys simply mean listing all keys with the
private part available.  private-keys-v1.d is a property of gpg-agent
and may actually be on a different machine.  To see which file below
private-keys-v1.d has the private key parts, you can use

  gpg -K --with-keygrip
