Possible to use GNUPGHOME as a variable inside gpg.conf?

In pursuing the hpks:// issue further, I'm wondering if it would be 
possible to specify GNUPGHOME as a variable in the gpg.conf file so that 
I could use:

keyserver-options 
ca-cert-file=$GNUPGHOME/ca.hkps.pool.sks-keyservers.net.cert

Since I have to specify a path anyway, I was hoping to keep the cert 
with my conf file.
