Indeed they must have dropped finger recently. I don't known when I checked the last time, but back then Mozilla supported it. It is a bit stupid that they dropped the simplest protocol ever used on the net but keep on supporting the broken stuff (e.g. SSLv2, MD5). Anyway: "gpg --fetch-keys" still supports finger.
