First, please have a look in /Library/LaunchAgents/com.sourceforge.macgpg2.gpg-agent.plist Is there more multiple entries? Remove all but one, if yes. Second, have a look into your Start Objects (which are opened at login). Are there multiple entries for "start-gpg-agent"? Remove all but one. This should get your gpg installation working again.
