To add a new UID, whichever it is, wouldn't Peter Lewis be prompted to self-sign the new UID, enter Peter Lewis's passphrase for the key, thus creating a self signature appended to the new UID, that will be visible? The "phony" additional UID would be signed by Peter Lewis, key owner? I have dry-tested it on one my keys.
